1)    Is a GRE or GMAT score required for application?
No, the MSETM program does not require a standardized test score.  If you have already taken the test you can have the score sent to the MSETM department to support your application but it is not required.

2)    How do I calculate the cost of the program?
Your tuition rate is determined by your residency status.  Oklahoma residents (those who pay taxes in Oklahoma) will receive the reduced in-state rate.  All others will be classified as non-resident or international.  Special rates for active duty military exist.

The tuition rates for each classification are listed at http://de.ceat.okstate.edu/7tuition.asp.  These rates include all fees.

To estimate your cost take the applicable tuition rate and multiply it by 32 (the number of required credit hours).

Your cost for textbooks varies by course but you could roughly estimate $75 per course for books. (some will be much less, others will be higher)  The number of courses a student will take during the program can also vary.  The minimum number possible is thirteen courses and on average our students will take 19-20 courses.  Roughly estimated: (20 x $75 = $1500.00)

Other incidental costs include proctoring fees if applicable.  These vary by location and are not required for all courses.

3)    Is the program accredited?
The MSETM program draws upon courses and faculty from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology, the College of Business Administration and the College of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University.  Each of these three colleges is fully accredited as is customary and appropriate. In addition Oklahoma State University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, a part of the North Central Association (http://www.ncahlc.org).  The NCAHLC, one of six U.S. regional institutional accrediting associations, offers the highest form of accreditation that is available to universities
